Project types to discuss

  • Design and show models: physical presentations of a vehicle concept, exterior or interior.
  • Vehicle customization: development of agreed visual and physical modifications around a defined base vehicle.
  • Prototype parts: selected components and assemblies for design, appearance or fit reviews.
  • Verification models: physical outputs to support agreed surface, color, material or assembly evaluations.

Define purpose before production

Explain whether the output is intended for display, a design review, fit checking or a defined functional demonstration. Materials, interfaces, strength requirements, finish and the testing scope are agreed for that intended use.

Our collaboration process

  1. Review the brief, base vehicle or component, reference data and target use.
  2. Agree the design scope, production approach, interfaces and review checkpoints.
  3. Develop the scoped parts or model and record revisions.
  4. Review assembly, finish and agreed checks before handover.

What to specify in the brief

Confirm the vehicle model or component, part quantity, dimensions, intended materials, mounting interfaces, surface finish and delivery location. Identify any supplied components and the party responsible for installation or testing.

Vehicle supply, additional engineering, tests, transport, installation and after-delivery support are included only when explicitly agreed. The brief should identify any approval or certification requirements; these are scoped separately. Pricing and schedules follow project assessment.

Relevant work examples

Describe the physical result you want to evaluate. We can discuss whether a relevant example is cleared for sharing, including the specific work performed by AOMO.

Discuss Your Project

Include your company, base vehicle or component, intended use, required deliverables and preferred timing. Start with a non-confidential outline and do not upload confidential model files.
