Define the deliverables before modeling starts
We agree geometry coverage, file formats, model organization, review views, revision rounds and acceptance criteria during scope assessment. CAS development and final Class-A surfacing have different purposes; any later surface-quality work is scoped explicitly.
A clear review process
- Share a non-confidential brief and target timing.
- Agree the input data, modeling scope and review checkpoints.
- Review the model against the design direction and record revision priorities.
- Check the agreed deliverables and hand over the scoped output.
A paid pilot assignment can be discussed where appropriate. Price and schedule depend on the reviewed scope; no fixed turnaround is implied.
